Q. Is your company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes we are fully insured and licensed by the Highland Regional Council. 

Q. How do I make a booking?
A. Via telephone, online and email. 

Q. When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
A. You will receive booking confirmation shortly by text message or by email (please do check junk emails).

Q. What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
A. Please call +01463 231599 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible. 

Q. When will receive my Sales Receipt?
A. If your journey is cash driver will give you receipt and for cards booking you will receive your sales receipt by email (please do check junk).

Q. How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
A. Your driver will meet you at arrivals with a name board. 

Q.What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?
A. ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place.

Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
A. No, we will track your plane’s progress when it is in the air.

Q. What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?
A. Enter all the details you do have and we will try and find the postcode and email you back a quotation as soon as possible.

Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
A. Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No, Inverness Premier Taxis operates a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles.

Q. Are your prices fixed?
A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Q. We have children travelling with us, can you provide children/infant seats?
A. Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two children/infant seats, We charge #5.00 each way & each seat.
